ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to file a final report in connection with Crime No.84 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ottapidaram, within stipulated time.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.84 of 2016 has been completed and final report has also been filed by way of E-filing on 25.03.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
