This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.406 of 2016, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.6194 of 2016.

4.Since the case was taken on file as S.T.C.No.6194 of 2016 by the concerned Court, the prayer sought for in this petition is not maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
