ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to instruct second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainants, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 29.03.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
