ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.06.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) in Crime No.227 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners is absent today. None represented the petitioners herein.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.C.Ramesh states that the petitioners are detained under the Goondas Act, as per the order of the District Collector, Sivagangai District, vide orders in Crl.M.P.No.22/Goonda/2016,Crl.M.P.No.21/Goonda/2016 and Crl.M.P. No.23/Goonda/2016 respectively and H.C.P.(MD).Nos.1029, 1030 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1031 of 2016 were filed on behalf of the petitioners before this Court and they are pending.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
