ORDER

It is informed that the interim maintenance has not been paid after 23.10.2018. It is earlier informed that except for the period of 6 months, no payment has been paid thereafter. 2.On 06.01.2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to pay the entire maintenance amount and it was also made clear that if the amounts are not paid, the Civil Revision Petition would automatically stand dismissed and the HMOP proceeding will not be proceeded with until the entire arrears are paid. 3.Considering the fact that the arrears of payment have not been paid to date, the earlier order dated 06.01.2022 would come into force. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
