When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, as further action dropped.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
