The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, a condition was imposed by this Court to the effect that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of one week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.
