O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.163 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020 within time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken for hearing on 02.07.2021, a report has been called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and in that report, no reference is made regarding the filing of final report in respect of Crime No.163 of 2020, which is subject matter of this petition. Hence, te learned Additional Public Prosecutor was required to intimate the same to this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in respect of Crime No.163 of 2020, investigation has been conducted and after completion of investigation, a final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in STC No.374 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and the case is posted on 17.08.2021 for appearance of the accused.

4. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
