Revision filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records connected with the order in Criminal Appeal No.50 of 2016 dated 06.03.2017 on the file of the III Additional District Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli in order dated 17.09.2016 in Cr.M.P. No.2443 of 2015 in M.C. No.94 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli and set aside the same as illegal. ORDER : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Alagumani, Advocate for the petitioners, and of Mr.S.Deenadhayalan Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following Order:

the petitioner the criminal revision case was filed, but till date neither the accommodation nor the arrears amount paid. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
