ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.187 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil on 10.06.2020 and it was not taken on file so far.

3. Since final report has already been filed, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
