This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.159 of 2015, dated 18.02.2015 and to file the final report within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation in Crime No.159 of 2015, closed the case as 'mistake of fact' and RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant. Further, he produced a copy of the final report before this Court.
