Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GANANPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that in respect of the co accused, namely, Prabhakaran, who has filed H.C.P.(MD)No.1382 of 2019, the detention order was revoked. CRL MP(MD) No.3590 of 2020 who has challenged the same in H.C.P.(MD)No.1379 of 2019, was revoked.
2. In the light of the above submission, the criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed. Consequently, H.C.P.(MD)No.1379 of 2019 is restored to file of this Court.
3. Registry is directed to post H.C.P.(MD)Nos.1379 and 1382 of 2019 on 20.07.2020.
