ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioners to expedite the final decree proceedings in I.A. No. 410 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur in O.S. No. 99 of 1989 on the file of the Sub Court, Thanjavur, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

C.R.P(PD)(MD).No. 963 of 2022 3.The suit in O.S.No.99 of 1989 was disposed of in the year 2004 and preliminary decree was passed. The revision petitioners are the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff. For passing final decree, the petitioners have also filed a petition in the year 2013. In the final decree application an Advocate Commissioner was also appointed and filed his report before the learned Principal Sub Judge, Thanjavur.

4.Considering the pendency of I.A.No.410 of 2013 from the year 2013, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Thanjavur is hereby directed to dispose of the I.A.No.410 of 2013 in O.S.No.99 of 1989, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
