ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife praying to transfer the HMOP.No.130 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Court, Melur and transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Uthamapalayam.

2.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, it can be seen that the petitioner is residing at Chinamanur within the jurisdiction of the Sub-Court Uthamapalayam along with her parents. She is also taking care of her minor son, who is studying in kindergarten. 3.In view thereof, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
