This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that initially, in the year 2018, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent and the same was closed after due enquiry. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7436 of 2020 further submit that as of now, no petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

5.In view of the above, since there is no enquiry pending against the petitioner, the question of 'not to harass' does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
