This petition has been filed seeking the relief to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.29 of 2020, dated 16.02.2020, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in the above referred First Information Report, the first respondent police completed the investigation and laid a charge sheet on 14.07.2020 itself. 3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

4.In view of above, since the final report filed before the competent Court, the question of quashing the First Information Report does not arise.
