ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein died on 20.03.2017 itself. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel appearing on either side and also the endorsement made by the
