This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to quash the first information report in Crime No.34 of 2023, which is pending on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Theni and the same is taken on file by the learned Magistrate in CC No.53 of 2024 on 29.01.2024.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
