Challenging the order, deleting the name of one of the accused in the final report, without notice to the petitioner/defacto complainant, the present Criminal Revision Case has been filed.

2.After arguing the case for considerable time, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open to the petitioner to file necessary petition under Section 319 Cr.P.C., if it appears from the evidence that any person not being an accused has committed any offence.
