This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the properties from the petitioner's godown kept by the respondents based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.01.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the similar order passed by this Court in the Writ Petitions filed by the petitioner's father, K.Velayutham in W.P.(MD) Nos.6829 and 6830 of 2019 pertaining to different crime numbers, wherein, a direction was issued to the respondents to ensure that the materials kept in the petitioner's warehouse are removed within a period of three months. The petitioner, who is his daughter, has filed this Writ Petition seeking for removal of all the items kept by the respondents, which pertains to a different crime number than the subject of W.P.(MD)Nos.6829 and 6830 of 2019. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that eight weeks time may be granted to the second respondent to remove the items as prayed by the petitioner. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to remove the properties kept by the respondents from the petitioner's godown based on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.01.2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
