2.This Court, by an order dated 16.07.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.7444 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-[Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of One week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.

3.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court dated 16.07.2020 and paid a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20. The said submission is recorded.
