ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.155 of 2020. 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 25.06.2021 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.155 of 2020 on the file of the learned I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai (FAC), within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Additional District Judge requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing C.C.No.155 of 2020 and the learned I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai (FAC), is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
