ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 435 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.31 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is the second accused in this case and the earlier anticipatory bail application was ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5918 of 2015, dated 06.04.2016. The petitioner herein has failed to surrender as per the conditional order and he filed an application for extension of time in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3805 of 2016 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.5918 of 2016, in which this Court has passed the conditional order directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. It is admitted that the petitioner has not paid the said amount as ordered by this Court. This is the second anticipatory bail petition moved by the petitioner herein with the same set of facts.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority, Ramnad District and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
