********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. We do not find any illegal detention. Even on the last occasion, the petitioner's daughter has expressed her unwillingness to join the petitioner. That is the reason why the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation centre. Even before the Mediation and Conciliation centre, no settlement was arrived between the parties, namely, the petitioner's daughter and the petitioner.

3. In such a view of the matter, we set the detenues at liberty and this Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar(Cs-I) To
