ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the first respondent. Issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.
2.The impugned order does not call for interference. The electricity service connection in respect of the petition mentioned property is presently standing in the name of the writ petitioner. The second respondent herein is said to have given complaint in this regard. The first respondent proposed to restore the original name. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has since submitted his explanation and also relevant documents. The first respondent is directed to take into account all the materials placed by the petitioner and his explanation before passing final order. A speaking order shall be passed and copy thereof shall also given to the petitioner immediately. 2/4
