Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating of the impugned order issued by the 6th Respondent in No. /2020 dated 20-10-2020 and to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to continue to pay salary to the petitioner in the post of Primary School Headmaster with sactioning of annual increment and other service benefits with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including the payment of salary for the period from 08-02-2016 to 11-04-2017 along with revision of pay from the year 2016, including the payment of interest for the delay in payment, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court.
