The interim order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai in Na.Ka.No.A2/2025/2017 dated 28.07.2017, under Section 133(1)(B) of Cr.P.C. is only for a temporary period of three months and the three months period is already over. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel states that this Criminal Revision petition becomes infructuous.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
