: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent in his letter No.26918/veni4(1)/2013-4, dated 17.04.2014 and the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Aa.U.Pa2/168004/2009, dated Nil.4.2014, quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents to restore the service of the petitioner in the post of Watchman with all monetary and service benefits with effect from 18.04.88, the date of grant of time scale of pay with 18% interest per annum within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
