For Respondent : Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.248 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This matter is listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2. This Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 16.07.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of one week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests one week time to comply with the said condition.
