O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent police to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioners' complaint, dated 12.04.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 12.04.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the enquiry was conducted and both the parties have appeared for an enquiry and made a statement that they have to seek their remedy before the Civil Court and in view of the statement given by both parties, the complaint has been closed.

4.Recording submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, if necessary.
