This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry except under due process of law and not to interfere in a civil dispute having by the petitioners with the respondents 4 and 5.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the third respondent police harassed the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioners, the third respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.197 of 2020, dated 03.07.2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed. In otherwise, no complaint has been received by the third respondent from the respondents 4 and 5.
4. Hence, it is made clear that no complaint is pending on the file of the third respondent, the respondents police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
