ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate based on her on-line complaint, dated 24.07.2021.

2. The petitioner owned the property registered in a valid Document No.235 of 1979. It was missing while taking xerox. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a compliant before the second respondent. In fact, even before that he had given legal notice in daily newspaper on 23.07.2021.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to produce the paper publication as well as the copy of the document before the second respondent and on receipt of the same the second respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Superior Officer and issue Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
