This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.01.2016 and investigate the same.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. are pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer in respect of the grievance ventilated by the petitioner in the complaint dated 27.01.2016.
3. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.01.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
