ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.77 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 in this case, has received a sum of Rs.9,23,000/- from the de-facto complainant and his friends for arranging job in Croatia country but as per the promise he did not arrange job to them and not repaid the money and cheated them, hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.5861 of 2023 4.It is a case of job racketing. The petitioner along with other accused had received a sum of Rs.9,23,000/- in order to arrange job in abroad and thereafter, they failed to get any job and also refused to return the amount. The petitioner collected huge amount from the victims and as such the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case. 5.Taking into consideration the nature of offence levelled against the petitioner is very serious in nature, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
