Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties and to comply with the order passed in Crl.OP(MD) No.21086/2021, dated 29.12.2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
