This petition has been filed to direct the respondents and their men not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the alleged complaint given by one Mis.Uma Maheswari.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that no case or no FIR is pending against the petitioners herein in the respondents police and hence, their presence is not at all required by the respondents police, at any point of time, till today.
