ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to FIR 1/4

in Crime No.9 of 2021, dated 30.06.2021, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police would submit that the investigation in this crime number has already been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil through E filing.

3. Subsequent to the filing of the present petition the final report was filed, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil is directed to process the charge sheet within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
