ORDER
Seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct proper enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2026 , this writ petition is filed.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute between the petitioners and the private respondents has resulted in registration of 3 F.I.Rs as against the private respondents. Even thereafter, the aggression of the private respondents have not seen any stand still and hence, it is the utmost necessity for the petitioners to be afforded with proper police protection.
4. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

The 5threspondent police is directed to consider the petitioners' representation by putting the petitioners as well as the respondents 4 to 7 on summons under Section 64 BNSS, conduct enquiry affording an opportunity of hearing to both the parties and thereafter afford police protection, if the petitioners' plight is found to be genuine.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
