ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner is a senior citizen. He has sought for relief under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. The first respondent has been approached in this regard.

3. The first respondent has fixed the enquiry date as 10.04.2024. Final order shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law by the first respondent within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
