ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner has filed a petition before the first respondent seeking remedy under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007.

3.The first respondent is directed to complete the proceedings and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall be put on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
