ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the second respondent / Inspector of Police, Thondi Police Station, Ramanathapuram District to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.06.2018 as an F.I.R.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.06.2018 has been registered in Crime No.90 of 2018 on 03.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC. The copy of the First Information Report has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
