ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land in Survey No.261/3B at Edaikattu Group, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4.Though very many contentions have been raised in the Writ Petition, at the time of making submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.05.2013, with regard to survey of land, that would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suffice.

5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.05.2013, with regard to survey of the land in Survey No.261/3B at Edaikattu Group, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
