ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a declaration that the approval process handbook for 2021-22 issued by the All India Council for Technical Education (the AICTE) insofar as Paragraph 2.14.4(b) of the approval process handbook is concerned is arbitrary, irrational, unreasonable and illegal. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that W.P.No.7969 of 2021 was filed before the Principal Seat of this Court for the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.9069 of 2021 relief by another party and such Writ Petition was disposed of by order dated 12.08.2021.

3.Both learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the AICTE agree that the present Writ Petition may be disposed of on the same terms as the judgment referred to above. In the aforesaid judgment, the Court recorded the submission of the AICTE that individual applications would be examined to ascertain and decide on the applicability of the impugned note to such individual cases.

4.Accordingly, W.P.(MD).No.9069 of 2021 is disposed on the same terms without any order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
