This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to order reinvestigation in Crime No. 102 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd Respondent by the third Respondent.

2.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), represented that as per the order of the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kulachel, in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed as mistake of fact. "Defacto complainant is called in court. No representation to defacto complainant.
