Side) would submit that no case or no FIR is pending against the petitioner herein in the respondent police and hence, her presence is not at all required by the respondent police, at any point of time, till today. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
