This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case/F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.08.2015 and investigate into the case.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 03.08.2015, this Court find that the complainant has not even stated the date on which he had given amount in the year 2013. That apart, the tenor of the complaint discloses that there is a political motive behind this. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.08.2015. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
