ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Sivaji Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Parthasarathy for Advocate for the 1st to 7th Respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to recognize the power deed executed by the petitioners on 06.07.2022 authorising the power agent to represent and conduct the proceedings.
