ORDER

This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned proceedings, dated 09.04.2021 issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in TNSTC/KUM/DS-2734/AURO56/D10-356/2021.

2. Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the impugned order, dated 09.04.2021, was issued suspending the petitioner for two days. The petitioner now joined in the service and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
