This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without due process of law.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that no case or no FIR is pending against the petitioner herein in the respondent police and hence, his presence is not at all required by the respondent police, at any point of time, till today.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
