ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground, based on her qualification.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking compassionate appointment, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 20.07.2013 enclosing all the required certificates and the same is pending without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's name has been arrayed in the seniority list and the same would be considered as and when, the turn of the petitioner reaches.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
